That's understandable. But what if we need an autonumbering type of number that corresponds to a tab in a binder - and the Access db is partly to make up an index sheet of that and many other binders. It's gotten to be too much to do in Excel. We need a better system and Access ...

Is there an easy way to create frequency distributions in Access? I have a field that gives response times. I would like to know in how many instances, responses were made in less than 5 minutes, between 5 and 10 minutes, between 10 and 30 minutes, and over 30 minutes.

Hi group, have a form (form1) and on my form I have a command button. The command button opens up another form (form2). When form 2 is shown I would like Form1 to be lockled. The only way the user can interact with form1 again is to close form 2. How would I go about this?

I have a dell computer with windows xp proffessional and a cd rw drive, use 700 mb cd disk and use microsoft backup feature to back up my documents. One cd won't hold all my data. How can I configure my software to accept two or more disk on one backup?
