I have a text field named "dollars" in the detail section in the report, in
the group footer section if I just set up a text from the "dollars" like
"=[dollars]", then it can show me the value in the group footer section, if I
need to get a sum and put it like "=Sum([dollars])", ...

I have a form, the data is from two linked table,  I find I can't edit or
add new data through this form.
Is that always the case, or may be I need do some settings for this form?

Field1 is a check box. Field2 is related, optional info.
Normal flow is when a user "checks" Field1, then enters optional info in
Field2.
However, the user could enter optional info in Field2 w/o checking Field 1.

We recently switched to XP Pro from Me.  I am trying to install a program
from a cd but keep getting the error code 1606 (could not access network
location) then it says  Documents and Settings/ all users/ Desktop. Not sure

I am trying to bring up a report based on a query.  Here is the code.
It brings up the TYPEIT information find but it is not using the
parameters for the Date.  It is bringing up all the data for the TYPEIT
field rather than a date range.  I need it to do both.

Can Outlook be set up so I can access my email from other computers, such as
when I am at work?

Can anybody tell me how I determine in Access 2000 the day of the year
(so as a number for 1 to 366).
