Whenever I go to use Word, or Powerpoint, or most of the other programs, it says I have to put in product key, but when I do, it says its invalid, yet the intial instillation said it was right.

This is my first conversion. When I convert the database, it cannot find the following files DSGBASE.MDA and UTIL_97.MDB. On my NT desktop, these files exist until Office 97. Are there equivalents under Office 2003.
