I downloaded personal data for each staff member about their clients in WP.
However, I found out they on have WordXP on their laptops.  In trying to
convert the text to WordXP I continue to get error msg. Later found out that
the staff Laptops never had the converter to support ...

We just upgraded to Office 2003 at work and now, every time I print something
from Word, or Outlook i get this message in a bubble near the taskbar.

I am helping my friend upgrade his 1997 vintage business computers to
current technology. The only problem I've run into so far is that I
cannot open the Access97 .mda file in AccessXP. The only fix I can
find so far is to go back to an old .mdb file and open that in XP.
