I use a the same query for a form as well as a combo box on the form.  I can
re-query the form however the combo box doesnt seem to get the re-quered
query.  There out of sync. Does this seem correct.  Do I somehow have to
re-query for the combo box? Is there a way to do that?

I am querying on two tables in order to obtain an output for a general ledger
(g/l) reclass.  
When I do my query I have 6 columns adjacent to each other.  I need to have
the respective matching associated data below the previous one.

I have a database that creates Invoice/Statements but some times even if
client owes $164.68 and I put in that amount for payment I get a (0.01) , So
I make the payment $164.679 and it comes up 0.00  I have default 2 decimals
points but it still lets me 3 or more numbers under ...

Can a field be set to 'index-duplicates ok' by using a macro?

I have a data entry form that enters data in a table, no query involved.  On
the form I have a subform that shows the data from the table for the section
that is selected in a combo box on the form.
If I open the form, pick a section, the data displays, and I can add names

I am fairly new to building  databases.  I am trying to build a database
based on a
Dispatch manifest which includes the following info:
SHIPPER

My fields that contain a general number round to the nearest whole number.  It is only the fields that contain numbers, the fields that contain dollars will let me enter the decimal number, but the fields that are regular numbers won't let me.
What's the secret?

I have been working on creating a database for our ordered sales.  
Originally I had created queries to determine the daily, montly and yearly
totals.  I ran into a problem as I would need to create an update query so

I would like to contact somebody by phone to get assistance with designing my
database and making it functional.  Are there companies out there that do
this for not a huge amount of money?  Somebody I can call and get answers
today?

Hope some one can help.   We have a access database FE/BE some of the people
have the same front end open 2 or 3 times on the same computer.   Is there
any way to have access check to see if the database is already open and if
so abort the opening of it a second time and perhaps ...
