I changed the start up to initiate the Access Database with an incorrect form
name. When attempting to open the database Access gives the message to
correct the form name but will not allow you to open the database.  How can I
change the form name.

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.
I have been using Access97 until now.  I now have Access2003.
When I start Access2003 I can go to Options - Advanced and choose either the
2000, or 2002-2003 file format.

When I enter a number with decimal places on my form, they are displayed as
whole numbers on my table. I have tried various number formats and decimal
place settings.
In Access the Date Updated entry 14/04/05 returns as 05/04/2014.14 Apr 2005 22:02 GMT1
While creating a new database in Access 2003 and in the coloumn "Date
Updated" of the new record when I type the date 14th April 2005 the date
returns as 5th April 2014. The format is dd/mm/yy
This does not happen to for eg. 12th April 2005 entry however.

I am designing a db for a small non-profit, and am fairly new to Access.
The NP receivea donations in three ways 1) at events, 2) through members
(not at events), and 3) through miscellaneous donation from non-members (not
at events).  Currently, the structure is:
