Can someone please tell me how to disable automatic rounding on percentage fields? In both table and form view (the field is set to number, percent, long integer, 3 decimal places), any value I enter into this field is automatically rounded to the nearest 100%.

When I sync Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition v 4.21.1088 with Microsoft Outlook 2002 appointments are shifted one hour forward on the Mobile divice. This also happens to the Outlook 2002 on the laptop if options are set to update the laptop from the mobile device.

I have a big list of clients names. The surname was setup so that the first letter was UCase and the remainder of the name is LCase. However, We have many 'Mac's' e.g. Maclenan. I would like to change this to MacLenan with the 4th letter being UCase.
