I have developed a Books Inventory database containing three tables, Authors,
Publishers, and Books.  I have developed three Forms, one for each table.  
When I am entering records using the Books' form, is it possible to enter a

There are usually 7 people involved in a job on each day.

I don't mind the gaps in the record number sequences that happen when I
delete old records, except that it makes it difficult to lookup records, when
using a Data Entry form.  For example, say I currently have a sequence of
