When I open my file, the screen is empty.  If I click on the relationship

I'm pretty much a newbie to Access, & can't seem to find out how to do a
print out of Tables and field names in the data base I'm settup up.  I would
like to be able to refer to a printout for two reasons .. one to refer to

I have some textboxes with calculations in them.  When I
open the form ALL fields are completely blank.  I would

I am just reading Alison Balter's Mastering Access 2000 Development.
On page 70, she mentions that Access 2000 will allow me to place
multiple occurences of a table in the Relationship Window. She says to
delete the extra occurences. She doesn't say why.
