I have 2 tables that are linked by an aiutoindex value as a key. I have noticed that when entering data for a single table (and using the default navigation buttions) acess seems to be good at saving your data even if the form is partialy completed.

In a form how can i get a particular field to equal '1' only when a check box is true?? If the check box is not true - can I enter a specific value or will it have to equal a set value?
