Using XP & Access 2003.  
When printing table can print the data but cannot print the grid lines to
define columns & records.  Could do it OK with Win98 + 2000.
Cannot find "print grid" on printer (HP PSC1315)  properties panels.

When I type information into a form, everything works perfectly; the
information is stored in the tables and I can use the search function to call
up records that I type in if I want. The problem is that when I close the

Is it possible to carry over the result of one calculation
and use it in another. For example I currently have a
query setup with the following fields:

Is it possible to have the find box "pop" up every time
that i open a particular form? And if so, how do i go

I didn't have a lot of lock with this in the Reports newsgroup so am trying
here.
I have a db of real estate sales which include the fields Subdivision and
Street Name.

I created several groups to organize my tables, queries, etc. When I click
on one of the groups, it "crashes" access and closes the database.  
How can I delete this group?  I have tried right clicking on it, but the
same action happens.

(Using access 2003) I have a report based on a crosstab query. In escence
across the top  - the column headings are the months of the year, while down

I have created two access data bases tables with the same format  but
different data and I want to merge the two. Is there a way to accomplish the
merge and retaining the two old data bases.( Using MS-Access 2002)

Is it possible to make a "field" in a form (the item number) to be the
"record number".
Or can I make something that requests that "field" (the item number) and
have it print that form only?

I have just changed my computer and this is now installed with Windows XP.
Unfortunately I cannot load my copy of Publisher 2000 which was bought for a
Windows 98 version. Do I need to buy an up dated version?

How do I print a list of names and addresses only from my microsoft office
outlook contacts? When I try to print my contacts I get phone and email also.
I only want names and addresses to print for an invitation list.
