The instructions tell me to go to my Inbox and open up a file that is not in
my Inbox (to verify my e-mail account), What do I do?

I wanted to add a notes field to my database. I'm  not sure what I'm doing
wrong. When I added the field, it took away the capability to scroll down to
the next record. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
