I have an error that is driving me nuts... I have an unbound form in which I want to display the results of a query in a textbox. The query evaluates correctly, but the textbox displays #Name? instead of the value from the query. What is going on?

As part of a permanent record I routinely update a "current test date" field and want to be able to hold the prior dates as part of the record which I would print on demand and that particular date field would have a list of all the dates underneath it.
