I would like to make a picture the background on a powerpoint slide. The
picture is very dark. I would like for it to be almost transparent. Can
anyone offer any ideas?

i am using both access 97 and 2000.  i noticed that included in my
references is utility.mda.  what is this for and when do i need to reference
it?
