I need a macro, or query, or whatever will work, to move data from an Excel

I move info via a query from Access to Excel all day long.  I've programmed

Just to make sure that I understand this correctly there is no performance
advantage to mbE over mdB, it is simply a matter of protecting code??

I recently decided to update my Access 2000 database while on the move, so I
set it up for replication between my laptop and desktop. Everything works
fine, but I've noticed the autonumber fields that I'm using for Primary Keys
in the tables now seem to take random sometimes ...

I have a report created from a table with the following fields:
