I have a table that has multiple salary transactions per
employee.  I want to retrieve the row with the latest
salary change date.  I can't use specific dates because
each employee is different and could span multiple years.

I'm having trouble getting documents into the format that I want.  Perhaps
related to this is a "wrap" problem; the cursor gobbles up the letters as I

I insert an OLE object using "create from file", and display it as an icon.
When I click on the icon , the object...a word document in this case is
displayed.
The problem occurs when I try to close the object...I get the error message
