How do I select other tables to use in combo and list boxes?

I am receiving an error message telling me I have entered too long a number
when I try to enter more than 9 digits in a number field designated as "long
integer".
What am I doing wrong?

I need a system for document control for quality assurance purposes, and I
was thinking about designing an Access database for this purpose.  I was just
wondering though, whether there was an existing template available for
something such as this.

I am creating a database for computer parts, and systems.

When you are using a table in access in one field you type 1 then hit enter
to go to the next field and automatically a 2 appears. HOW DO YOU STOP THAT?

I am using Access from Office XP Pro (2002) on WinXP Pro (I think I
installed SP2, hold on and lemme check... yep, SP2 installed).
I've got a db that I've created forms on just for searching purposes.

After I send a message, the sent folder shows the cc: recipients, but not the
bcc: recipients. I understand it is a blind carbon copy and if I open the
sent email, the bcc: recipients are shown, however, sometimes I just need to
see quickly who else received the email by bcc ...

I have spent way too much time trying to do this...
Please help!!
