I am a new user a access. When i try to create a query and run it, my result always comes up with no records in it at all.

I am opening an Excel Spreadsheet via Access 2000, but because the
spreadsheet has links to other files it pops out the familiar message:
"The workbook you opened contains links to information in another
workbook. ..."

My database is too big for my floppy disk, when i'm trying to save and is also taken along time.  What should i do!

Has anyone here ever used Access as a tool to store and total hours worked
on a bi-weekly basis?
If so, how'd you do it?
Got any examples out there?

I have 2 tables of data. This weeks data and last weeks
data. Both have the same number of columns. Both will have
different number of rows. Fields to focus on are
MaterialNo, DeliveryDate and DeliveryQuantity.

I have a form called Orders and a subform called
Customers. CustID in the Orders table is linked to CustID
in the Customers table. When I enter a customer ID in the
CustID field in Orders, it brings up that customer's

i am comparing two tables where both table contains values which has duplicates, example Table1 has three 20's and Table2 has five 20's. On my unmatched query the two 20's from Table2 where not shown, What's shall i do to address this problem

Suddenly, for unkown reasons, changes have occured to
reports, and forms.  In one case, a report that had been
printing in portrait mode, is defaulting to landscape.  
Any idea what happened, and how to reset the default to

Just purchased a company who uses Access database. I'll be taking over; there are two reports I need monthly which theh programmer/former bookkeeper didn't use. Want to creat reports

I have an unbound textbox on my main switchboard named
OrderLookUp. I have the AfterUpdate event set to a macro
called OrderLookUp, which has the action OpenForm, Form
Name is Orders, Where Condition is [Forms]![Orders]!

DB consists of TblMachine Ondays with Machine Onday ID
(primary), Machine ID(foriegn), Onday date.
tblMachine ID with Machine ID(primary) , PM No, Equipment
Name, etc.

I need to run a report for transactions that occured last
week.  I run the report on Monday or Tuesday of every
week for the previous week which would be start on a
Monday and end on a Sunday.  Is there a special date
