COREL HAS STOPPED MAKING PARADOX AVAILABLE AS A
STANDALONE APPLICATION THEREFORE I MUST CONVERT MY
APPLICATIONS TO A NEW DATABASE FORMAT.  ANY OLD PARADOX
USERS OUT THERE.  IS ACCESS THE ANSWER??

I have just created my first Access data base and I need to print addresses on envelopes and letters.  Can I use Access to do that, or will I still need to do this manually???  Thanks so much!

When I try to open either a table or form, I get this error message:
"Selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system."
Does somebody know what is wrong?

I'm confused about how to connect to my back end database tables. I set up table links in Access. However since I'm using ADO connections specifying the path to the back end, do I even need these links? Which is more efficient? I'd like to minimize connections to the back end

I would like to set my database up so when the typist uses either upper or
lower case when typing in a name it changes it to First letter Cap and the
rest lower case.  I found that if in the table I use this > symbol, all the

I am going to set up a new database and I need help with the tables.  I also
need help with setting up everything else so I'll be asking questions the
whole time I set it up.  I want to do it right from the start and this seems
like a simple enough database to start with.
