when im adding a number eg 5.99 why does it show up as 6.00, i was told when im setting up the table and i put data in as numbers that i have to alter something, but what

How long do I have to be using Access before I can acomplish a simple task
without taking 6 hours to do it???

No I don't want the program cd's ... I own the MS Access 2002 step by step
books and I have misplaced the cd's. I don't really want to buy the books
again, but does anyone have any ideas of where I can get the cd's alone?
