I've tried the 'Convert Database' option in 'Tools' but all I get is the 'Unrecognised Format...' error. I've seen several posts that mention opening old Access databases in a new version of Access, but none the other way around. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Is there a way in Access (or a freeware utility) that allows me to view the relationship between objects (i.e. which queries a form is using, etc.)? I've tried the Analyzer-Documentor, but it's not really helping.
