i have a form with save button inside.....
my concept is if i click the save button, the recors is daved then add new
record in database

I have attempted to use Steve Lebans' "MonthControl" solution

on a form. Of course, it works wonderfully - as programmed.

I have a continuous form that has a hyperlink on each record that
leads to a PDF map for viewing by all users.
The PDF maps are located in a shared folder on the server.  All the
users have read / write access to this folder.
