I'm trying to utilize one form (bound) to both display information and for
data entry (I'm not sure if this is the best way from a design perspective?).
It displays and collects detailed information about a product's information
based on the serial number.

Wondering what's the best way to have images link to certain people in a
database form?  Where is best to store the image and how do I set up the
table and how do I link the images?  Do I set up a subform and connect child
fields?  I can't find much online.  I'm using 2003.  ...

Let me explain the subject line:

Is there a way to clear all pivot table filters when the form is opened?
When the pivot table form is opened it has old filters still showing.  
I am afraid the users will not notice the filter and mistake this for all
data showing.
