Nowadays, most of the organizations are using online services to avoid paper work. It is very difficult to handle large amount of data for large company with complex system requirements and multiple data formats.

I have done this before but forgot how to do this. Currently, I have my Access database open up my main form when the user double-clicks the .mdb (via selecting the specific form in Startup). BUT ... how do I suppress the MS Access "program shell" from showing?
