Using Access 2003 with XPSP2.
I have designed a form (frmMain) with an embedded sub-form (frmSub).
frmSub contains a number of records that are displayed in continuous form
mode.

Is there any way of creating a chart like the one in Outlook displaying
free/busy time?
I would like one of these for a booking system - displaying free/busy time
for different pieces of equipment on a form.

I have a table which conatains DATE of Entry and Tick Box. I need to
DCOUNT those tick boxes which are yes for the month of January from the
field date of entry.

What is the best way to add a flag for specific fields?  For example, Field
A has a value and depending on the value, the flag could change be a choice
such as Yes Or No or even changing the color of that specific cell in the
table.

I have two separate fields in my form which actually for the unforeseeable

I just want to put some month age restriction to my database when user open
form. For example more than 3 month data, all field will be lock. All data
refers to field "InputDate". I tried with dateadd but it doesn't work.
