My database has a form which in datasheet view.
The form displays courses and dates the employee has taken.
I would also like to use the form to enable the user to select additional
courses and dates.

Is it possible to "externalize" forms form Access, so they can be used  to
edit tables without launching MSAccess itself? Maybe give them a shortcut to
be placed on the desktop, so they would launch as an independent program?

I have a bundy clock application and it's currently working perfectly.
However, I want to add a list box in a form called "Bundy Clock" and show in
