I have a form "Info" which has a default field filled in "=date()" when I click the exit button it adds another record but everything is blank except the autonumber and the date field. this also happens when I hit the clear fields button.

Is it possible to have a subform display old records, and add new a new record when the vendor is selected from the mainform? Currently my subform only displays the new (blank) entry. I would like to user to be able to see the previous entries as well.

I am working on Access 2003. I have been setting all of my date fiels on my forms to default value "Now()" however, on my SubForm it doesnt show the current date in Form view. Instead, I still have to type the date.

I need to create a path based on field responses in an Access form. ie if the answer is no, then answer next field, if it is yes, then automatically skip next five questions on form. The skipped fields or questions should then gray out and become unanswerable.
