Can anyone point me to a tutorial on how to use forms to update or delete exsiting forms? I am not a VB progrmamer, so I would like to do it using Access controls only. I have created a form to write to a table, but now I can't see how to pull up existing records bsaed on

The combo box I created to look up data specific to another field in the form works fine...except....when I move from one record to the next record on the continuos form, the drop down box continues to return data specific to the previous records data.

I have two subforms and each subform has one combo box with a "not in list" code. I have the code set up correctly for each combo box for the appropriate table. One combo box does not work even though the codes are virtually identical and I get the following error:
