I have set up a form that has a series of related sub-forms on Tab controls
(it's a Contact management database, so the subforms/tabs contain information
on Membership type, Publications, each contact event with the individual, and
so on).

Using MS Access 2003. In a Form, I want to have an image (eg, photo) show up
specific to the Form data being entered. Eg a human records Personnel form
where I want the persons photo to show up on the Form. How best to do this?

I'm somewhat new to Access, so here goes.
I've created a fairly simple DB that will track our time with different
projects. For entry, I created a form, with a subform in it.

When I use the scroller on the mouse when I have a form open it moves to the
next record.  I have figured out how to turn that off, but I would like to
scroll up or down the form with the scroller on the mouse.  How do I do this?
