Kindly, inform me how to create an access quotation for a company?

We are in the biz of selling Heaters and Controls.
We want a form that will allow us to bring up a model  and show all the
Heaters for that Model and in the Heaters section show a subform of all the
controls that can be used with those heaters.

          I want to put a image in my report header and I got 20+ reports
have the same header. What is the best way to implement this so that if I
change the image, I don't need to do 20+ times processing? Thanks.
