I want to view a Word document within MS Access 2000 and I also want
to scroll through the tekst and print the document if necessary.
Now I use a hyperlink that automatically opens MS Word but if you
close Word you have to manually select MS access again to go back to

When I do a pivot table and I have long comments in a cell, the pivot table
only allows 22 characters. How can I get call the comments in the cell to

We copy data from a spreadsheet provided by a customer and paste into a

Dumb Question: If a user sorts on the subform, does Access automatically

I'm trying to create forms for adding data to tables, trouble is when you
close the form, if there is anything in the text boxes it tries to update the
table. I don't want closing the form to run an update, it would be useful if
it asked first maybe, but not without confirmation ...

I have just added a list box to a form to ensure standard data entry
of a salutation for members. Mr; Mrs; Ms etc.
Now when the form is opened the list box fields and the first tab stop
field are selected.  This is unwanted.
