I didn't see a separate "switchboard" topic so I'll put this here. If there is a better place let me know. I thought if you made a switchboard the "default" in switchboard manager it would autorun when you opened a database. It doesn't. How do I make it

Hi I have a simple data entry form with 4 fields. How do i get Access to move to a new (blank) form when i need to enter a new record? The navigation buttons are not highlighted etc.

I have a form with 9 unbound text boxes on it. A query links to each of these text boxes on the form. So, if you want to search for job number 110, you then enter 110 into the relevant text box, click my search button and a form will return the relevant results.

Sometimes if I open a form in design view, then I save as another form name and then I get the following error message. This error happens in Win 98 and Win XP. "This program has performed illegal operation and will be shut down"
