I have a form that I have a "duplicate" buttons setup.  It is based off of a
query.  When I use the button, I get the can't have "null value" error.  I
can however add a new record with the same info and that field left blank and

I created a form from our internal directory table (about 490 people) by
using the wizard.
To make it easy to find a record...I got rid of the full name text box and
replaced it with a dropdown menu which I tied to the "Full Name" field.
