It appears that when using a form in Access, the mouse wheel by default when rolled will scroll through the records in the background. It there a way to disable this functionality so that the mouse wheel has no affect on the record pointer?

In bound fields, how can I have the decimal point automatically entered. Instead of entering 98.50, users would enter 9850, and 98.50 would be stored as the value in the table. Other examples below: $100.00 would be entered as 10000

I use a drop-down list to select specific records to display on a form. I do not want to be able to scroll to different records once that specific record is opened. I already disabled navigation buttons, but if I inadvertently use the wheel on my mouse, the records scroll down ...
