It appears that when using a form in Access, the mouse wheel by default when
rolled will scroll through the records in the background. It there a way to
disable this functionality so that the mouse wheel has no affect on the
record pointer?

i have existing form with tabbed pages i want to add one more tabbed form to
the existing one but in design view i am not getting the design tool box and
