I’ve searched through the Q&A here for an answer to autofill a form but could
not find an answer for my dilemma,
I’m looking to autofill a form from a table named Requests. I want to type
in a Record number in a field and have the record display to a form.

I would like to use option buttons on a form to do as follows but don't know

The option buttons select a product (eg Product A, B or C)
This product is then used as the Field Criteria for a Query.

I copied an app from a customer to my computer and now it won't run.
In the Form_Open event there's code to connect to the backend mdb, but when
starting the app I get Error 429:

I have a form with a Listbox on it.  When you choose an item from the
Listbox another form opens up with 2 Listboxes on it.  The first Listbox
on form 2 populates just fine.  The problem I'm having is trying to
