I am wanting to create a access database for a call logging system, the user
will fill out the form designed in access but then I want to be able to
link/import excel/word documents into the database.
Is this possible? if so how?

I have been trying to import four sheets from a workbook and it was not
working until i placed all columns in the sheets exactly in the same order as
the main table. It was imported into a new table and i did a copy paste in
which the results filled up the other two tables ...

I tried converting a previous Access file to 2007.  It did import the data
but all my forms (and switchboards) are GONE !  Is there some better method
to use?

Okay, I am attempting to import my data from excel into an existing access db.

maximum allowable number of rows in excel.

I am trying to creat a Flat File Database as opposed to a Relational
Database.  I have 34 Excel Spreadsheets I need to combine and the first three
spreadsheets alone exceed Excel's row maximum of appx 65,000 rows.  So I

I know how to Export a Query using VBA with the following:
DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, , strQuery, strFile, True
This works fine.
However after this creates the Excel File, it names the Sheet as the Query
