Okay, I imported successfully last month to an existing table.   This month,
problems.   I made my file a txt file, and through this found that I had a
extra column in my file.  Fixed it and now I am getting the error:
ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation.

I am trying to import a worksheet from Excel.  The worksheet has 6 columns
of data and about 2700 rows.  The first column contains a 17 digit ID number.
When I import it into Access the original number 78020063061269800 turns

I've a table with text & number fields. The fields are appended to the table
from the query below (where the Sum fields have been formatted with leading
zeros using the format function).

I have taken his code, and tweaked it to work with Mysql.  It works
great.  It takes my tables and makes them DSNless, just as advertized.

I am using Access 2002 and am using the Import Spreadsheet Wizard, I am able
to change the first column's field name and index within the field options
screen but I cannot amend the subsequent fields. Is there a fix or script I
