Hi,
Does anyone have an idea of how to automatically import data from one table
to another within the same database, based on just one of the fields filled
out in one table. Both the tables have same fields names and one of the

Anyway to connect to an IBM Mainframe DB2 server.  I think the ODBC driver
assumes a windows DB2 or maybe LINUX.  Someone correct me if I am wrong....

they open in excel format, is there a way ti import all these files

Why is it that when I go to import a text file using a file spec that I
either just created on the fly, or one that had existed, no matter what one,
I get the following error message: the text file specification, <specname>
does not exist. You cannot import, export or link using ...

I know that it is possible to export an entire table to a csv file, but is it
possible to export only part of the table? (i.e. Have a prompt for a date and
then only export that date?)
