I have a simple table, tblWholesaler, with Address, Address2, City, State,
Zip, Zip4, Phone, First, Middle, last; all are of text length 50 except:zip

I'm trying to have a linked excel spreadsheet update in access and in doing
so, the system just hangs or freezes.

When I create a link to a .csv table that includes names that have accents,
it changes the accents to letters or weird characters in the Access table.  
I've tried through the specs using the language and code page.  The database
