I have run across a situation that I am not very familiar with, so I am
hoping someone has a suggestion for this problem.

How do you load an xml file where there is a heirachy and the xml file

to export a report in either xml or tab-delimited. I'm thinkin' XML-it-is!
Then, I realize the application puts out xml with attributes like column
names and types. It appears Access 2003 ignores them ...

File>Get External Data>Import: Files of Type: ODBC doesn't show the window to
select data source.  There is no error message, it just doesn't come up.
Any ideas if security or some other application may be interfering?

I am appending to two different tables.
  tblOne has an autonumber(ID) and this appends fine without using an ID
field in the query.
  tblTwo has a field(number) which links to the ID field in tblOne.  

I've got a client who has several Access 2003 mdb's linked together.
My plan is to keep the reports in Access, but replace the front end forms with

I imported an Excel spreadsheet with no problem using the import spreadsheet
wizard (Access 2003).  It had 60 records.  I wanted some more records so I
imported the same spreadsheet to the table Access created, this time I get a
