I have a database with thousands of contacts.  I need to be able to create a
Word document based an exiting Word template from data found on the Access
form on the screen.  The Access screen contains information about only one
contact...FirstName, LastName, CompanyName, etc.

first off hi,
Well here's my prob, i created some forms using infopath and we upload them
to a outside server called buzzsaw, we dont have access to the data once is

This one is baffling me, probably enough to drive me to drink.
I am attempting to import data into a table.  In the Excel file I formatted
the origin zip and destination zip as text.  I also formatted the PRO# column
as text as well.  I imported into access and I get the type ...
