Does anyone know a way of linking data between Access and Quickbooks to avoid maintaining two databases for customer data etc and the hassle of repeated imports and exports. ie. does Quickbooks support ODBC, ADO etc or is there any third party software for doing this

I tried to convert a back-end mdb file created a long time ago with Access 2 ( the system is still working fine ! ) to Access 2003 and after it finishs there are some errors related to indexes. There is one table in the Access 2 file that has about 40 relationships

I have linked a table in access to a worksheet in excel. When I open the table, I cannot change any data - I get a message in field properties in table design saying 'this property cannot be modified in linked tables'.... this is on my home pc, I can do it on my pc at work!! Does ...

I have an application that was migrated from an Access database to SQL. Still using the mdb as a front end. Problem is that I can add new rows to a table, but can't modify them later. This is true using either a form or opening the table directly.

How do you delete data in a linked table? I have an excel file linked into my access database but if I try to run a delete query on the linked table it gives me this error message: Deleting data in a linked table is not supported by this ISAM.
