I have a project that someone wants me to do. They have about 8 different
vendors send them Excel spreadsheets that contain their current sales reps
contact info. These sheets are EXTREMELY different (i.e. some list their
rep's info in a row, some separating city, state, zip, ...

I am working on a access table which is link with some external software (3rd
party software).
Everything works fine but the date/time field is appearing as a long integer
value i.e.  1132675652 or 1132674975 etc. I want to convert this numerical
import specification for access 200328 Nov 2005 18:01 GMT1
I cannot seem to find where to create an import specification for access
2003.  I know there used to be an advanced button on the import wizard, but
it's gone with 2003.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

I have a linked table with SQL Server.  I can click Edit, Copy, Paste and get
a choice of whether to create a linked or local table.  Is there a way to
accomplish the same thing through VBA ?  I found the copy command:

I have Access 2000 database and we have upgraded our computer system to XP
and  Office 2003 - now when I mailmerge my data on these machines it always
selects the first individual in the database no matter what the filter
parameters - the remaining are correct. Thanks. Ginny
