Background: Access 2002 w/ linked table to Excel 2002 file. Excel file is
password protected against editing - anyone can still read-only. I use the
linked table to update another table within the database using a delete query

I have a many to many relationship.  The tables are:
Student Table
    Student Id <Primary Key> (AutoNumber)
Linking Table

I have a defined import specification the is pulling a 2 decimal place
number.  It is consistently losing the third digit, for example..
28.50 comes in as 28.00
4.65 comes in as 4.60

Does anyone know of any tools to convert old Dos Condor database files into
Access?
