I am trying to link an Access 2003 db to a sharepoint site and it works ok when I link to a the main site or sub sites, but I can not link to a Folder in a Library. Is this because a Folder is not a List or View object?

I need to export a largde amount of fields from Access into Excel. But a get an errormessage (Errno: 3190) telling me there are too many fields (i.e > 255) defined in the query. Any tips on how to export more than 255 fields into the same Excel worksheet?
