I linked my access project to different Sharepoint Lists.
Some fields of the list are Multiple Lines of Text but defined in html. When
I retrieve them in Access table, the Html Tags are not rended.
How can Access rend them ?

Company recently upgraded to Office 2003.  Now when I import from Excel,
Access loads numbers as text.  When I try to reset to number format I lose my
decimal place.  Never had problems with Access 2000.
Am I missing something here?
