I am trying to automate importing data from Excel.  When I import an Excel
sheet I do not see the option of saving the import spec.  The columns do not
have headings in Excel.
Am I missing something?

A datasheet from excel cannot import to a access database using the excel

flexibility of selecting the path where the file is being imported from. At
the moment I've tested with a fixed path in the code and the import works
fine, but this is being more restrictive than I want ...

When I Import text files in to Access 2002 everything is fine until I try and
change the field properties. It won't let me change anything but Field 1.

When trying to import a text file into Access using Import Specs I created,
to an existing table, I get the error "Property Not Found". If I import the
file into a new table, everything is fine. Does anyone know what causes this
error or how to fix it?

I have an Access Query that I need to transfer to an existing Excel
worksheet- not create a new worksheet.  It's something I'll do on a regular
basis, so I'd like to eventually automate the process.  I know there's a way
