I'm using Office 2003.
While importing (or pasting) data from an Excel-sheet with links,
link-addresses get lost.
Any idea how to save them?

I hope you can help me with this it is driving me nuts.
I've created a database which I needed to give multiple people access
to but didn't want them messing so I created an MDE file. I ensured
that the MDB file was set to shared, not compacting and set to run

mdb's are all the same schema with different data. Upsize Wizard always
completes without errors. Is there a way to automate the Upsize where I only
have to supply the initial parameters from a script or ...

We are in the process of converting from Access 97 to Access 2003.
Occassionally, I need to convert a database from Access 2003 to Access 97 so
a user can access a database. This worked fine when I initially loaded
Access 2003, but now I always get this error.

Queries to be "READ ONLY" in a database, so when we convert that
database to a "MDE" mode, then everthing is secured?
