Are there any possible problems using Access 2000 to update an Access 2003 application? I have been asked to make some simple changes to an Access 2003 application but I don't have 2003 on my machines.

I have a flat text file, 120 columns, no header row, not delimited; approximately Every record (row) is formatted the same up until column 92, so I have no problem creating the import spec. up until that point (16 fields)

I have a .cdb (Pocket Access) database on my desktop. I have a HandHeld (running Pocket PC 2002). From the handheld, I connect to my desktop via wireless. From the handheld, I can open, edit and design the database to suit my needs. No problem there.

I am trying to convert the Access 97 to Access 2003 and the problem is that, there might be many changes in the datatypes. i want to know the details of them. eg: An int can be converted to String but string cant be converted to Int.

I have a Memo field in a form that goes into overide mode when focus is given. I have corrected this with the Event - On Enter = NOTES.SelStart = 0 this puts the memo field in a Insert mode - which is what I want.
