I have a user who is unable to open an access 2002 database with 2000 as the backend. everyone in the office is able to access the MDB we are on 2002. The user is able to key in the password but gets the messge "Database is in an unrecognizable format"

After installing of Office XP on my XP-machine I converted an 2000-DB to 2002-format. Before converting I copied the DB from net dir to a local dir. Then I put it back to the net dir. Now I'd want to open the new DB from its network location - and got the message (from Access):
